Casting Inspection and Delivery Guides
Define the evidence and delivered condition before dispatch becomes urgent. These guides explain linked steel-casting records, finish and transit protection, and buyer-appointed inspection. Choose the receiving decision you need to support, then connect it to identifiable parts, accessible manufacturing stages, actual results and clear release responsibilities.

Three Routes through the Handover
Relia combines our own sand casting and machining production in China. The guides below connect your purchasing situation to a component specification, a process decision and the evidence needed for acceptance.
Records, protection and inspection are related, but each needs a separate practical definition. Select the guide closest to the release decision in your order.

Material Evidence Needs a Physical Identity Link
Our steel-casting range names heat number, production batch and delivery batch traceability. Those references describe different events and need a mapping to the parts and quantities being delivered.
Use the traceability guide for report identity, treatment links, split shipments and revision changes. A casting’s visible form does not establish its material history; the relevant records and physical identification must remain connected at the level agreed for the order.

The Release Issue Determines the Preparation
Begin with the required result: an identifiable record chain, a protected delivered condition or an appointed inspection decision. The technical guide then explains the relevant plan.
| Your next decision | Most useful starting point |
|---|---|
| Reports cannot be linked to received parts | Traceability guide: specify marking level, batch mapping and delivery index. |
| Finish or transit condition is unresolved | Coating/packing guide: define exposure, coverage, restraint and moisture plan. |
| Inspection is required before dispatch | Inspection guide: identify the appointed role, lot, criteria and release responsibility. |
| Several issues affect the same order | Use the three plans together while retaining each scope and evidence link. |

Surface and Transit Protection Address Different Conditions
Our selected-metal range includes optional machining, painting and powder-coating requests. Finish coverage and treatment-sensitive contacts belong with the component drawing. Ocean transport adds support, restraint, moisture and receiving-storage questions.
Use the coating/export-packing guide to connect those requirements. It separates the service finish from temporary transit protection and distinguishes wood-packaging rules from mechanical restraint and corrosion-prevention acceptance.

Inspection Refers to an Identified Component Set
A pre-shipment visit needs the actual lot, technical criteria, coverage and decision authority. Our related casting inspection scope includes chemical, mechanical, dimensional and selected NDT requirements; the appointed inspector’s role is defined separately.
Use the inspection guide for access, hold points, findings and release. Send that plan with the part package early enough to prepare the relevant condition before protection and packing are closed.

07 YOUR NEXT STEP
Bring your component into the conversation
Tell us which component you need, the material, quantity and required supplied condition. Relia will connect your enquiry with the casting, machining and evidence relevant to that part.
