Machinery Casting Buyer Guides

Source the component around the relationship that makes the machine work: bearing axes, mounting datums, belt engagement, a gear mesh or a wheel configuration. These guides separate housings, supports, bases and rotating components, so the material, casting and finishing proposal addresses the actual assembly rather than a general machinery category.

The Bearing Seat Is Part of an Arrangement

Our bearing-housing range includes grey-iron sand casting and CNC-finished bores, while gearbox housings include HT200, HT250 or QT500-7 choices and defined CMM reporting. The bore and mounting references belong together.

Use the gearbox guide for related shaft axes and enclosure interfaces. Use the bearing-housing guide for the selected bearing seat, shoulder, base and acceptance condition. Neither route is established by bore diameter alone.

The Working Relationship Selects the Guide

Identify the dimension or interface that enables the assembly to function. The linked guide turns that priority into the relevant manufacturing and evidence package.

A Base Is Accepted in Its Specified Support Condition

Our large machine-bed and platform range supports selected grey- or ductile-iron sand/lost-foam enquiries. Show the ribbed structure and actual mounting references, with the delivered machining state identified.

The machine-bed guide focuses on long datums and measurement support. The HT350 base guide focuses on the equipment-contact map. They keep installation priorities visible rather than repeat a general statement that a large casting needs machining.

Rotating Components Retain Their Mating Definition

A pulley order needs its actual belt section, grooves and shaft connection. Our four-groove grey-iron blank range includes separate A, B, C, SPA, SPB and SPC enquiries; the selected profile governs the part.

Use the rotating-component guides for the relevant pulley, flywheel, gear or caster. Add any specified running or balance evidence to the actual finished configuration before requesting a quotation.
