Motor and Lighting Casting Guides
Separate the functional interfaces from the visible surfaces before you compare component quotes. These guides cover motor housings, outdoor lamp-post parts, commercial shades and iron transformer accessories. Start with the ordered casting’s actual role, then define its material, finished connections and required appearance or contact condition.

Four Routes by Component Function
Relia combines our own sand casting and machining production in China. The guides below connect your purchasing situation to a component specification, a process decision and the evidence needed for acceptance.
Choose the part you are ordering. Similar external finishes do not make bearing-seat acceptance, decorative appearance and equipment mounting the same purchasing problem.

The Outdoor Component Has a Defined Installation Role
Our cast-aluminum lamp-post and bollard range supports compatible sand or gravity die casting and shot blasting. A decorative cover and a load-carrying segment need different component definitions even within the same assembly.
Use the outdoor guide for base contacts, fixing patterns, segment engagement and visible texture. It distinguishes the offered preparation from any separately specified final protective finish and from the project’s complete installed structure.

Fit and Appearance Lead to Different Evidence
Identify which component characteristics matter most, then select the guide that connects them to a concrete sample and acceptance package.
| Your next decision | Most useful starting point |
|---|---|
| Bearing and cover connections | Motor guide: begin with the selected bearing arrangement and assembled references. |
| Outdoor base or segment | Post/bollard guide: define installation geometry and visible regions. |
| Visible lighting shade | Lampshade guide: retain form, mounting and the approved physical finish reference. |
| Iron equipment accessory | Transformer-accessory guide: specify the mechanical component and its final contacts. |

The Lampshade Sample Coordinates Form and Finish
Our related lampshade enquiries include CNC work and a separate natural-colour anodized aluminum request. The selected alloy, route and preparation influence the visible result, while the mounting footprint still needs drawing limits.
Use the lampshade guide for significant surfaces, rim condition and physical appearance references. The motor guide instead addresses bearing seats, cover registers and the relationships used by the motor assembly.

The Iron Accessory Retains Its Mechanical Identity
Our SEG168 transformer-accessory range includes selected grey- or ductile-iron sand castings with defined mounting and surface options. The accessory’s role and contact regions govern its component inspection.
Use that guide for the actual iron part, then send the drawing, selected grade, finish and quantities. The supporting pages below connect these component decisions to our supply scope and RFQ preparation.

07 YOUR NEXT STEP
Bring your component into the conversation
Tell us which component you need, the material, quantity and required supplied condition. Relia will connect your enquiry with the casting, machining and evidence relevant to that part.
