OEM Casting Sourcing Guides

Choose the purchase structure that fits your order: a finished component, a casting blank, machining for existing parts or a coordinated package. Relia’s sourcing guides help you compare tooling, recurring work and delivered condition, then plan samples and plant-specific releases. Start with the guide matching the work you are buying now.

The Supplied State Changes the Comparison

Our catalogue includes irregular grey- or ductile-iron hardware blanks developed from samples, alongside custom gearbox components with CNC machining. A blank quotation and an assembly-interface quotation therefore describe different handovers.

Keep the complete grade and drawing revision, then mark what arrives as cast and what arrives finished. The raw-casting and buyer-supplied-blank guides explain the stock, incoming condition and first machining references needed at those boundaries.

The Order Boundary Selects the Route

Use the price-comparison guide for cost structure, and the relevant supply-state guide for the technical handover. For mixed orders, retain an individual definition for every part.

Secondary Work Follows the Functional Feature

A face, bore or port relationship can drive machining and inspection cost more than the outside size of a casting. Our drawing-based CNC scope is selected around those actual interfaces.

The sourcing guides help you separate one-time tooling, recurring work and acceptance evidence. They also distinguish the quantity being released from a forecast, so sample purchases and repeat orders can be compared on a useful basis.

A Package Ready for a Supplier Discussion

For a single circular casting or a mixed machine set, identify each ordered part, selected material and finished state. Add trial quantities, repeat demand and the receiving destination where relevant.

Use the linked RFQ page to organize those inputs. Your chosen sourcing guide then adds the detail for cost comparison, machining handover or coordinated batches.

Bring your component into the conversation

Tell us which component you need, the material, quantity and required supplied condition. Relia will connect your enquiry with the casting, machining and evidence relevant to that part.
