The Flow Shape and Material Are Identified Together

Our GGG50 semi-open impeller range uses shell-mold casting and CNC finishing. The vane and passage geometry belongs with the hub, shaft interface and actual pump duty.

Use the production impeller guide for that component, and the replacement housing guide when premature wear is driving a material or geometry trial. Corrosion-service valve bodies follow a separate route based on the selected medium and material requirement.

Machined Connections Complete the Housing Definition

Pump-housing and manifold enquiries include selected casting and machining routes, with ports, sealing faces and mounting regions identified on the drawing. Retain their relationships to the internal form instead of treating them as isolated dimensions.

The manifold, tractor hydraulic-body and seal-housing guides address different connection systems. They help you identify passage communication, port sealing or seat location without repeating the full technical answer on this directory.

The Final Handover Includes Internal Condition

A hollow casting may need internal-residue acceptance as well as external dimensions. The cleanliness guide separates preparation, verification and protection after the last relevant operation. The flange guide focuses on its mating and sealing geometry.
