Home-appliance component enquiries include ADC12 aluminum-alloy castings and separate copper parts using selected gravity or sand casting. Stainless-steel and iron requests require their own grade and route. Define the component’s function and supplied condition for an OEM/ODM quotation.
Locate the appliance’s functional interfaces
The tolerance reference is ±0.02 mm. Identify the dimensions to which it applies and the required measurement stage. Show the mounting points, mating geometry and contact areas that determine fit within the appliance, with their datum relationships clearly marked.
Specify the surface around assembly needs
Oxidation treatment, sandblasting and painting are named finish choices. Select the treatment for the actual material and describe coverage, masking and appearance acceptance. Where a treated surface affects installation or contact, connect its required condition to the drawing rather than relying solely on a color or visual sample.

Define inspection and initial-order approval
The minimum order is one piece. Inspection is described as 100% testing with CMM; agree the actual checks around the appliance component’s geometry and acceptance limits. Identify applicable ISO9001:2015 documentation and supplier scope. Use the same material, drawing and finished condition for the initial sample and subsequent orders so approval concerns the part that will be installed.
