OEM golf-wedge enquiries can be defined as heads or complete club configurations. This cast and CNC-milled head scope names 8620 steel, custom logos, Silver color and PVD plating. Sand, pitching and chipping describe the wedge's golf use rather than its foundry molding method.

Choose the head or assembled-club deliverable

Identify whether the order concerns the wedge head alone or a club built with the selected shaft and grip. The right-handed men's configuration names R flex, graphite or steel shafts and rubber/TPR grips. Club length is 35.5 inches for the configuration to be agreed, not a dimension of the bare head.

  • Select head-only or assembled-club supply.
  • Identify the requested 8620 material specification.
  • Select the loft label and required head geometry.
  • Specify shaft, flex and grip where included.
  • Provide the logo artwork and placement.
  • Define the Silver/PVD appearance and acceptance.

Specify loft and geometry for the selected wedge

Loft selections are 52, 56 and 60. Identify the selected convention and the drawing requirements for the head and its connection to the shaft. The requested geometry should establish the club configuration rather than an assumed performance result.

Agree artwork, finish and component acceptance

Custom-logo work and PVD plating are named scope. State the required appearance and any dimensional or surface checks needed for the order. Select the full steel specification and supplied condition for the actual head. The head, loft, shaft and grip requirements should remain identifiable within the quotation for the chosen golf wedge.
