Clay-sand foundry equipment is offered for casting-production-line projects, including cast-iron and brass foundry enquiries. Define the intended castings, molding work and place of the equipment within the plant. Voltage, power and overall dimensions are configured to customer requirements.

Map the equipment to the molding operation

Describe the required material handling and process interfaces, including how this equipment connects with adjacent plant sections. Provide the layout and available installation space. State the desired operating sequence so the proposed arrangement can be checked against the actual foundry project.

  • Identify the PLC control and required operator functions.
  • Assign engine and motor duties within the chosen configuration.
  • Define the roles and interfaces of bearings, gears and gearbox.
  • Specify pump and pressure-vessel requirements where included.

Coordinate electrical supply and operation

Provide site supply details and the electrical requirements of the selected equipment. Review the controls, access points and operating steps relevant to the stated easy-operation design. Include operator responsibilities and plant connection requirements in the configuration discussion so the agreed line has a clear functional boundary.

Review the actual machine before acceptance

Video outgoing inspection and a machinery test report are provided. Agree the configuration, operating checks and records those materials should demonstrate. A one-year warranty is listed; define its applicable equipment and service scope with the order. Keep the accepted layout, component selection and electrical definition aligned with the plant’s installation and commissioning plan.
