A manual jolt-squeeze machine should be selected around the mold and the operator's defined production task. This clay-sand foundry equipment offers several model choices with model-dependent power and dimensions. Identify the required molding arrangement and the plant interface before agreeing the machine configuration for the order.
Select the model for the mold
Available designations are Z14, Z143, Z145, Z146, Z147, Z148, Z149 and Z1410. Choose the model against the required mold or flask geometry and the operating duty to be established for that machine. The foundry brief should keep the selected designation attached to its proposed layout and utilities.
Make the manual-control scope explicit
Describe the operator interfaces and surrounding equipment relevant to the molding station. The requested jolt and squeeze arrangement should be agreed for the actual mold and production requirement. A defined manual-control task gives the equipment proposal a practical operating context without inventing a cycle-rate or lifetime figure.
- Gearbox is included among the core components.
- Pump is another core component.
- Voltage choices are 380 V, 220 V or 440 V.
- Power follows the selected model.
- Overall dimensions follow the selected model.
- Equipment and core-component warranties are each one year.
Prepare installation and acceptance together
The machine is supplied new, with customization and color to customer requirements. Outgoing-inspection video, a machinery test report and after-sales service are provided. Define the relevant utilities, installation arrangement and acceptance checks for the chosen model so the foundry order identifies the equipment to be supplied and the molding task it will serve.
