Custom foundry sand-treatment and clay-sand molding enquiries support agricultural tillage-component casting projects. Green, resin-coated or furan-resin sand can be specified with a 5–80 t/h capacity reference. Define the actual equipment boundary and production basis; a separate tillage-part casting request needs its own drawing and material specification.
Distinguish the plant footprint from its machine unit
Plant references are 80–450 kW total installed power and a 45 × 6 × 5 m layout. A separate machine configuration is referenced at 300 kW (402.31 hp) and 3300 × 2800 × 3000 mm. Assign that unit and its interfaces within the chosen installation before planning the supplied package.
Specify the actual function and utilities
Voltage is 380 V 50 Hz or customized. Define the required sand-treatment or clay-molding function, with any separate continuous-casting equipment request identified independently. Custom design is supported around the workshop, output requirement and line connections.
Identify controls and construction scope
Component references include bearings, gearbox, gears, pump and motor, plus Siemens PLC, Schneider Electric and wear-resistant cast steel. Galvanized steel is also named. Agree their roles and the operating scope of remote control, accurate temperature control and long service life for the selected design.
Set commissioning and warranty coverage
A machinery test report and outgoing-inspection video are provided. A one-year warranty is listed, with the plant term stated as 12 months after commissioning. Define the covered equipment, start date and acceptance records appropriate to the ordered package and foundry installation.
