Customized resin-sand foundry lines combine moulding equipment with continuous sand mixing for iron, steel and large-casting production. Resin, furan-resin and no-bake sand systems are included. Define the required capacity basis, sand conditions and equipment boundary for the selected industrial installation.

Choose automation and workshop integration

Semi-automatic or fully automatic arrangements use PLC control. Capacity, layout, voltage and control requirements are customized. Show available workshop space, material flow and connections to adjoining foundry operations so the line proposal addresses the actual plant arrangement.

  • Electrical references are 380 V, 50 Hz and 142 kW, or 190.42 hp.
  • Core components include PLC, engine, bearing, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump.
  • Define controls, utility connections and operator access.
  • Identify maintenance and operating requirements relevant to the service-life objective.

Set continuous-mixing and moulding acceptance

Specify the intended mixing task and output requirement for the chosen sand system. Define the operating conditions and records used to assess the agreed line function. Record the equipment package used to demonstrate the operating result. Distinguish the supplied equipment from surrounding plant systems in the acceptance brief.

Review evidence and warranty coverage

An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided. Agree their actual configuration and test scope. A one-year warranty is listed; define covered equipment, start date and terms with the order. Keep the accepted layout, utilities and operating requirements identifiable for installation and subsequent equipment support.
