A custom green-sand casting plant enquiry covers foundry molding and sand-handling equipment for the selected production layout. Power and electrical references are 142 kW (190.42 hp) and 380 V 50 Hz. Define the supplied plant package, utility connections and required casting output for the actual design.
Set the sand-property acceptance conditions
Process references are permeability 80–120, typical green compression strength 0.08–0.14 MPa and approximate compacted-mold density 1.6–1.8 g/cm³. Agree the permeability method and unit, plus the sand, binder and compaction conditions used for these values. The same conditions should govern commissioning checks of the selected molding arrangement.
Connect molding to sand circulation
Used sand is described as reclaimable and recyclable. Show the intended preparation, transfer and return interfaces in the plant brief. High efficiency for high-volume automated lines and long service life are stated aims; define the operating requirements and acceptance measures relevant to the chosen package.
Identify the equipment included in the order
Named core components are PLC, engine, bearing, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump. Assign their actual roles and quantities within the supplied arrangement. Layout information should make operator access and interfaces to adjacent foundry equipment clear.
Agree commissioning evidence
A machinery test report and outgoing-inspection video are provided, with a one-year warranty. Establish the checks, records and operating conditions required for plant acceptance, linking the agreed configuration to its molding duty and sand-handling requirements.
