    Fixed Industrial Installation

Custom resin-sand molding lines serve cast-iron, cast-steel and large-casting production. Resin, furan-resin or no-bake sand can be specified with continuous sand mixing. The fixed industrial installation should be configured around the foundry’s actual capacity requirement, sand system and workshop arrangement.

Define the supplied line by stage

Show the molding, mixing and sand-transfer scope required for the installation. Identify connections to adjacent equipment, operator access and the geometry of the molds to be produced. Layout and production capacity are customized to the selected foundry request.

Choose utilities and control requirements

Equipment references are 142 kW (190.42 hp) and 380 V 50 Hz. Confirm the supplied configuration, with voltage and control system customizable. Semi-automatic or fully automatic operation and PLC intelligent control are named choices; define operator tasks and the functions required at each line stage.

Identify components and operating conditions

Core-component references include PLC, engine, bearing, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump. Assign their actual roles within the supplied package. Long service life is a stated attribute; specify operating duty, maintenance requirements and the conditions used to assess line acceptance.

Set commissioning evidence

Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided, with a one-year warranty reference. Agree the checks and records needed for the selected sand, capacity and automation scope. Connect acceptance to the ordered equipment, utilities and workshop interfaces so commissioning concerns the actual fixed installation.
