Sand reclamation should be planned around the material entering the line and the role of the reclaimed output in the foundry. This automatic processing equipment covers green-sand and resin-sand enquiries, including clay/resin sand. Define the incoming sand system and the required downstream use before fixing the proposed production-line configuration.
Describe the sand entering the reclamation line
A resin-sand brief should identify its binder system and the condition of the sand presented for processing. A clay or green-sand enquiry needs its own material definition rather than inheriting the resin-sand setup. For the reclamation line, the requested processing rate and intended reuse requirements should refer to that actual incoming material.
Plan the processing line as a workshop system
