A turnkey resin-sand project should define the molding, reclamation and mixing tasks required by the foundry. This enquiry covers resin-sand reclamation equipment and mixer scope with PLC control for iron/steel foundry applications. The selected line layout and material flow determine the actual equipment and utility requirements.
Separate reclamation capacity from annual project size
The reclamation-capacity reference is 5 t/h, while the project-size option is 3000–12000 tons/year. Identify the equipment and operating basis to which each figure applies. Use the intended sand feed, production arrangement and required output to establish the configuration being quoted.
Describe the molding, mixing and reclamation interfaces
Show the plant layout and the tasks included in the project. Identify the resin-sand feed and the interfaces between the reclamation equipment, mixer and molding operations. The turnkey supply boundary should state the actual equipment and associated work to be included.
- Provide the iron/steel foundry application and project layout.
- Describe resin-sand feed and required processing tasks.
- Identify selected capacity and annual-project requirements.
- State utility connections and installation constraints.
- Define acceptance output, inspection and documentation.
- Identify the mixer, reclamation and control scope to be supplied.
Agree utilities and core-component scope
Voltage scope is 220–380 V, with power and dimensions dependent on the casting-production line. Named core components include PLC, engine, bearing, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump. Agree which items belong to the selected configuration and the corresponding installation requirements.
Establish equipment acceptance and support
An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided, with a stated 1.5-year warranty. Define the conditions and acceptance results those records should demonstrate for the selected line. The productivity discussion should be tied to the agreed resin-sand process and equipment scope.
