S2510 resin-bonded sand equipment can be configured for cast-iron, cast-steel or alloy-steel foundry projects. The supply names a sand mixer, reclaimer, dust collector and conveyor. Define the selected machine and line boundaries, including any separately requested continuous-casting equipment.

Select resin, automation and operating capacity

Furan or phenolic resin systems require the actual recipe and sand conditions to be agreed. Fully automatic or semi-automatic configurations use PLC and touch-screen HMI control. The capacity reference is 5–30 tonnes per hour; identify the selected arrangement and operating basis used for acceptance.
