The Z146 green-sand moulding machine is intended for a defined foundry moulding task. Customer-specified color and selectable electrical supply allow the equipment enquiry to address the planned plant arrangement. Provide the mould and operating requirements needed to establish the supplied configuration.
Allow space for the machine and its operation
The dimensional reference is 3000 × 1200 × 2200 mm, also given as 118.11 × 47.24 × 86.61 in. Use the selected equipment drawing to plan access, connections and working clearances around that envelope. Show how moulds and material will move between this machine and adjoining operations.
- Supply choices are 220 V, 380 V and 440 V.
- Power is referenced as 7.5 kW, or 10.06 hp.
- Listed core components include PLC, engine, gearbox, motor, gear and pump.
- Provide the required color for the agreed machine configuration.
Review operation against the foundry task
Identify the sequence and operator actions relevant to the stated easy-operation design. Assign the component and control interfaces needed by the plant. Agree what the outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report should demonstrate for the selected equipment and operating arrangement.
Set equipment documentation and support scope
A one-year warranty and overseas machinery-service engineers are listed. Define the applicable coverage and service arrangements with the order. Request the actual ISO and CE documentation relevant to the machine and retain the accepted electrical, layout and moulding requirements as the basis for equipment acceptance.
