The new Z417 automatic green-sand moulding equipment is offered for cast-iron foundry production. Its output reference is 280–320 moulds per hour. Define the mould requirements, sand conditions and machine or line-integration scope against which the selected operating arrangement will be accepted.
Establish the foundry layout and equipment boundary
Review the 3280 × 2880 × 2500 cm dimensional reference against the selected package and approved installation drawing. Confirm the units and physical envelope before planning the location. Show connections to adjacent operations, operator access and the available working space.
- Electrical supply is referenced as 220–380 V.
- Power is listed as 45 kW, or 60.35 hp.
- Core components include PLC, engine, bearing, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump.
- Identify the controls and utility interfaces required by the plant.
Demonstrate the selected moulding task
An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided. Agree their configuration and operating scope, including the conditions used to assess the output requirement. Define the moulding and control checks needed for equipment acceptance. Record the agreed sand and mould conditions in the operating acceptance plan.
Agree warranty and installation requirements
Machine and core-component warranties are referenced as 1.5 years. Specify the covered configuration, start date and applicable terms with the order. Keep the accepted model, utilities and layout information together so installation and later service enquiries refer to the actual supplied foundry equipment.
