OEM and ODM iron water-pump housing, valve-body and flange enquiries use sand casting with machining where needed. Size and color are selected to the component requirements, and polishing is the named finish. Specify the actual iron grade and supplied condition for the ordered drawing.
Identify the pump, valve or flange requirement
Show internal passages, connection patterns and the interfaces that determine assembly fit. State the service medium and relevant duty for the selected component. Any pressure or component tests required by the design should be defined with their acceptance basis in the enquiry.

Set the machined and polished surfaces
