Nonstandard pump-impeller enquiries include lost-wax casting requests, with separate aluminum die-cast and iron sand-cast components. Additional requests cover stainless steel, copper, other metals and plastic parts. Select the full material and compatible manufacturing route for the individual item rather than combining these options into one configuration.

Define the impeller geometry and operating requirement

Provide the component drawing with its hub or mounting interface, passages and overall form. State the actual pump duty and any impeller-specific checks required by the design. Automotive-component requests should carry their own geometry and service requirements, whether or not the ordered part is an impeller.

Specify the CNC and surface acceptance

CNC machining is named, and polishing is the stated finish. Mark the interfaces requiring finished dimensions and identify the smooth-surface acceptance needed in the relevant areas. A visual reference or defined roughness requirement can establish the requested finish without assuming a universal surface value.

  • Supply 2D/3D CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF or IGS information.
  • Identify the drawing revision and required quantity.
  • Mark datums, mating surfaces and inspection locations.
  • Define material, dimensional and surface approval records.
  • Provide any custom-logo artwork and placement requirement.

Keep customization aligned with the order

OEM and ODM enquiries and custom logos are accepted. Identify the supplied condition used for sample or component approval, and agree the actual production and service arrangements for the selected scope. The approval brief should connect the geometry, finish and acceptance criteria to the same controlled drawing.
