A vibratory bowl enquiry begins with the item that the automation device must handle. This custom aluminum offering combines a sand-cast bowl with CNC machining and a hard-anodized finish. Use the customer's bowl design and the required part-feeding task to define the component before agreeing its geometry and supplied scope.
Begin with the part the bowl must feed
Describe the component to be handled and the intended presentation within the automation process. The bowl drawing should explain the geometry required for that task, together with the mounting and connection areas relevant to the proposed device. A defined feeding requirement gives the custom bowl enquiry more direction than a general request for an automation accessory.
- PDF files can define the customer's bowl design.
- STEP models provide a second design format for the enquiry.
- The minimum order is 10 pieces.
- Each piece is packed in a PP bag.
- Customer-logo customization is available.
Keep hard anodizing tied to the aluminum version
Aluminum alloy, stainless steel and brass are separate material enquiry choices for the bowl. The CNC-machined, hard-anodized combination applies to the aluminum offering, with the selected material and finish to be agreed for the actual order. Identify the surfaces and dimensions that matter to the feeding task so the finishing discussion follows the intended component.
Quote the bowl and its interfaces together
State whether the request covers the bowl casting or a more complete feeder assembly, and identify any required drive or control equipment within that proposed scope. The bowl geometry, mounting interface and machined dimensions should remain connected to the customer's design. For an automation project, that component definition lets the supplier evaluate the requested aluminum bowl without assuming a complete feeding system is included.
