  • Why Choose Us
Compliance With PPAP and FMEA,Driven Inventory Management Systems

A custom metal-component project benefits from treating the alloy, tooling and finished geometry as one brief. This service brings aluminum and zinc enquiries together with casting, machining, rapid prototyping and surface-finishing support. Resin-sand, lost-foam and die-casting requests should identify the route appropriate to the component rather than describe one combined forming sequence.

Select the alloy before arranging the mold

The aluminum offering includes 380.0, A380.0E and the ENAC designations among its material choices, with zinc as a separate option. Keep the exact requested designation attached to the component drawing and the relevant GB/T, ASTM or DIN requirement. The material decision should precede the final tooling and manufacturing proposal for that particular part.

Assign machining to the completed component

Identify the operations required after the proposed blank has been formed, including the critical dimensions and finished surfaces. Mold work can be considered alongside the casting enquiry, while rapid prototyping can support a separately defined component-development requirement. The agreed process scope should explain how the requested metal part reaches its intended final condition.

  • CNC milling and turning are available machining operations.
  • Grinding, wire EDM and drilling provide additional processing choices.
  • Sandblasting and painting are finishing options.
  • Powder coating and plating can be included in the surface-treatment discussion.
  • Inspection resources include CMM, projector, industrial microscope, roughness tester, SEM and spectrometer.

Connect quality planning to the project

PPAP and FMEA belong within the service's quality-planning scope, alongside inventory-management systems. Define the project requirements that apply to the selected component and the evidence needed for its acceptance. Aerospace, medical, semiconductor, robotics, drone, automotive, defense and oil-sector enquiries should bring their own application requirements to the proposal, keeping the metal part and its agreed supply scope central to the decision.
