Tooling and the finished aluminum component belong in the same OEM manufacturing discussion. This service offers custom die-cast parts with single-cavity, multi-cavity or family-cavity mold choices. Define the intended quantity and part-family requirement before agreeing the cavity plan and the processing scope needed to complete the component.
Choose the cavity plan around the order
Describe whether the enquiry concerns one component or a related group of parts, together with the quantity needed for each. The mold discussion can then address the proposed cavity arrangement against that requirement. For a custom die-casting project, the tool plan should remain attached to the actual part geometry and production brief.
- Component dimensions are customized for the design.
- CNC milling is available within the machining scope.
- Drilling can be included for specified part requirements.
- Polishing provides a surface-processing option.
- Powder coating can define the requested exterior finish.
Carry the alloy and model through tool approval
Aluminum, zinc, A380, A360, A356 and Zamak 3 are material enquiry choices, with the exact alloy and casting route to be selected for the component. Sand casting and gravity casting are separate route discussions alongside the die-casting offering. UG, PROE, CATIA, CAD and SolidWorks are design-software references; agree a file-exchange format that communicates the required geometry and dimensional notes.
Define visible surfaces and final interfaces
Painting, nickel-chrome treatment and anodizing provide additional finish options for the selected part and material. Identify the completed surface condition and the areas whose final dimensions matter to the assembly. For an OEM aluminum-component order, that finished-part definition connects cavity planning, machining and surface treatment to the item the buyer intends to receive, rather than treating each operation as an isolated service.
