Aluminum evaporator-base and AC-housing enquiries are offered through a custom sand-casting scope. Separate steel casting, motorcycle-spare-part and aluminum die-casting requests can be defined with their own material, geometry and CNC-machining requirements.
Describe the housing interfaces and required duty
Provide the evaporator or AC-housing drawing, mounting arrangement and the interfaces used by the adjoining assembly. Specify the required aluminum grade and the dimensional and durability criteria established by the design. Customized dimensions should identify the relationships that matter to the actual housing.
Assign other metalwork to the selected item
The wider material scope includes copper, brass, other alloys and hardened-metal enquiries. Sawing, cutting, bending, punching, pressing and stamping are separate processing options for appropriate components. Select the material and method for each requested item rather than adding every operation to the aluminum housing's production sequence.
- Identify the housing, base or separate component required.
- Select the material grade and actual casting route.
- Mark CNC-machined and assembly-interface dimensions.
- Define the finish and component acceptance criteria.
- State quantity and the required delivered condition.
Choose coating and inspection requirements
Phosphate treatment, painting, powder coating, zinc and nickel-chromium coatings are named finish choices. Match the treatment to the selected metal and specify its coverage. Full in-house inspection is stated; define the checks needed for the actual part. Automotive, medical, agricultural, train, valve and textile projects can each include their own component requirements with the drawing.
