A customized ductile-iron component should be defined by the work it will perform and the assembly it will join. This enquiry covers automotive, manufacturing-plant and machinery-repair requirements, with type and use selected to customer needs. Establish the component drawing and intended duty so the proposed supply addresses the actual cast part.

Define the automotive component and grade

Name the required ductile-iron grade and identify the dimensions relevant to the vehicle or machinery assembly. Include the component's operating requirement and requested quantity alongside the controlled drawing. That material-and-geometry brief gives the custom casting a specific acceptance basis and keeps its intended service duty visible in the order.

Agree the delivered item

A casting order should identify the supplied material, geometry and finished condition. If an equipment assembly is requested, establish separately whether controls or gearbox items belong within that scope. The customer-defined component type and use should lead to one clear configuration rather than an assumed combination of an iron part and unrelated assembly equipment.

  • The supplied condition is new.
  • The product warranty is three months.
  • Core-component warranty is separately stated as three months, with applicability to be agreed.
  • Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided.

Connect the checks to the component duty

Agree the relevant inspection and report content for the ordered ductile-iron part, including the final dimensions and required condition. Describe the service-life objective of the intended application as part of that acceptance discussion. For a custom automotive or repair component, the useful order definition connects the selected grade, delivered configuration and warranty scope to the actual part that will be supplied.
