Power and propulsion components need a quotation built around the operating duty as well as the drawing. This OEM enquiry covers turbo-engine parts for turbine engines, UAV propulsion systems and industrial power units, with Inconel 718, Inconel 625, titanium alloy and stainless steel among the stated material choices.

Connect alloy selection to temperature and rotation

The temperature reference of ≥1000°C is alloy dependent, while the rotational-speed reference spans 30,000–100,000 RPM. Use the actual component position, temperature exposure, rotational duty and selected alloy to define the acceptance requirement. These references provide starting points for engineering discussion; they do not give every material and geometry the same operating envelope.

Define investment casting, machining and HIP scope

Lost-wax investment casting, CNC machining and HIP are included in the process enquiry. Identify the operations required for the ordered component and the condition in which it must be delivered. The stated precision-tolerance range is ±0.01–0.05 mm, so place individual limits on the drawing's critical dimensions and define their datums.

  • Provide 2D PDF, DWG or DXF drawings and available STEP, IGS or STP geometry.
  • Identify alloy grade, component function and the drawing revision to quote.
  • Specify machined interfaces and the required dimensional inspection records.
  • Select grinding, polishing, sandblasting, coating or heat treatment where required.

Keep general casting enquiries distinct

Steel, cast iron and aluminum parts are also within the broader metal-casting enquiry, with vacuum, sand and die casting named as separate route options. Describe the requested part so that material and process can be selected together. An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are stated documentation options; define their content around the ordered component and its agreed acceptance basis.
