A front support bracket should be matched to the hand pallet truck assembly it will join. This iron spare-part enquiry combines sand casting and CNC machining with an agreed material selection. Define the bracket drawing, mounting geometry and required load basis before approving the component for the intended manual pallet jack.
Locate the bracket within the truck assembly
Identify the mounting interfaces and dimensions that connect the front support to the selected hand pallet truck or hand forklift. Include the relevant assembly reference and operating requirement on the component brief. The custom bracket should be evaluated against that geometry rather than a general spare-part name.
Select the iron grade for the part
Ductile-iron and gray-cast-iron enquiries should state the actual grade required for the bracket. Generic iron or cast-iron option wording does not replace that material definition. Keep the selected grade and its acceptance basis attached to the same drawing that establishes the truck interfaces.
- The component condition is new.
- OEM/ODM or standard-size enquiries are available.
- Painting, powder coating, plating and polishing are finishing choices.
- The warranty period is one year.
Define the CNC-machined areas
Mark the finished interfaces and dimensions that require machining after the bracket is cast. Agree their datums and measurement criteria alongside the intended loading requirement. This gives the supplied part a component-specific acceptance basis within the selected pallet-truck configuration.
Agree the replacement-part scope
Supply the approved drawing or reference sample and identify the chosen finish and requested quantity. Warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and repair applications should each define the actual truck and duty involved. The useful bracket proposal connects material, mounting geometry and finished condition to the assembly in which the replacement will be used.
