OEM/ODMOEM ODM Die Casting Service
Industrial water-pump and valve-body enquiries include stainless-steel precision investment casting and separately selected sand- or zinc/aluminum-alloy die-cast components. OEM/ODM requests can be developed around the actual component drawing, material grade and required finished condition.
- Identify the pump or valve-body component required.
- Select the full metal grade and proposed casting route.
- Provide connection, mounting and internal geometry.
- Define dimensional, surface and service acceptance.
- State quantity and the requested color or appearance.
Give each material its own process brief
Precision casting and OEM/ODM die-casting service are named within the enquiry scope. Assign the route to the actual metal and geometry rather than combining every material with the same process. This helps establish whether the request concerns a stainless-steel component or a separately defined zinc- or aluminum-alloy item.
Locate the dimensions that govern assembly
Size, dimensions and tolerance are customized. Mark the connections, mounting faces and internal interfaces that determine how the body fits the surrounding equipment. Provide the drawing revision and dimensional acceptance basis so the quotation addresses the supplied component in its intended assembly context.
Define service and supplier-document requirements
State the medium, temperature and any pressure-design requirements relevant to the selected pump or valve body. Agree the component tests and finished condition needed for that duty. ISO9001:2015 is the named qualification reference; request the applicable supplier document and scope with the order's drawing and acceptance brief.
