Foundry molding equipment should be selected around the mould or flask geometry and required production duty. This new jolt-squeeze green-sand machine uses manual control, with custom color available. Equipment selections are Z14, Z143W, Z145W, Z146W, Z147W, Z148W, Z149W and Z1410W.
Match the selected machine to the molding task
Provide the mould/flask dimensions and the pattern-interface requirements. Describe how the machine must fit into the foundry workflow and the production duty it is expected to support. Power and overall dimensions depend on the selected equipment, so define the version and installation layout together.
- Identify the requested equipment selection.
- Provide mould or flask geometry and tooling interfaces.
- Describe utilities, layout and production-duty requirements.
- Define machine acceptance and documentation needs.
Select electrical supply and included components
Voltage choices are 380 V, 220 V and 440 V. Gearbox and pump are the named core-component scope, with the supplied items to be identified for the selected machine. Confirm the utility connections and installation requirements for that arrangement.
Agree operation and acceptance requirements
The equipment is offered for easy operation and long service life as qualitative characteristics. Specify the representative molding task and results needed for acceptance. An outgoing-inspection video and machinery test report are provided, allowing the demonstration and record content to be agreed for the machine.
Identify warranty and service coverage
Machine and core-component warranties are each stated as one year, with after-sales service provided. Define the support required for the selected foundry installation. CE is the stated document reference; identify the applicable documentation and configuration scope with the order.
