XKZZ41 Series enquiries cover flaskless automatic vertical green-sand molding lines for nonferrous alloy casting. The capacity reference is 1000–15,000 tons/year, with the alloy and production basis to be agreed. Power, dimensions and voltage are customized for the actual installation and output requirement.
Set the mold and sand conditions
Template thickness is referenced as 15–25 mm and sand-mold humidity as 2.5–3%. Define the mold geometry and sand conditions needed for the selected duty. Agree the intended compaction quantity, unit and working limit before establishing the line configuration.
Define automation and workshop interfaces
Core components name PLC, engine, bearing, motor, pressure vessel, gear and pump. Identify their actual inclusion and functions in the supplied package. Fast operation and long service life are stated attributes; agree duty conditions, operating checks and acceptance relevant to the foundry’s requirements.
- Identify alloy and annual production planning basis.
- Show sand-transfer and adjacent-equipment interfaces.
- Define utility connections and operator access.
- State commissioning records and approval responsibilities.
Arrange the service and acceptance package
Outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided. A one-year warranty, free-spare-parts and field-installation or commissioning references require agreed coverage and arrangements for the order. After-warranty references include video technical support, online support, spare parts and field service. Connect those arrangements to the selected equipment and operating conditions so acceptance concerns the actual molding line.
