Tooling & Mold DesignIn-house Tooling Design, Mold Manufacturing, Prototyping Service
OEM component enquiries cover grey iron sand casting and carbon or alloy steel gravity casting, with the route selected for the actual material and design. Broader metal choices include aluminum, stainless steel, brass and copper. Sizes and colors follow customer requirements.
Connect casting, tooling and machining
The service offers in-house tooling design, mold manufacturing and prototyping. Define the tooling deliverable separately from the finished component. Machining services include 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, wire EDM and sinker EDM. Identify the operations needed for the part and the interfaces they must establish.
Control the finished geometry and surface
For the 0.01–0.05 mm tolerance reference, specify the permitted-limit convention and controlled features. Define the process stage and supplied condition in which they must meet acceptance criteria. Finish choices include powder coating, painting and anodizing where compatible with the selected metal. Mark appearance areas separately from functional surfaces.
Align acceptance with the application
Applications span automotive, semiconductor, industrial equipment and consumer electronics. Explain the actual component duty and any application-specific qualification requirements. Quality control is 100% inspection under an ISO 9001 system; agree the checks, coverage and records needed for the order.
- Provide the current drawing and complete material designation.
- Identify tooling, prototype and finished-part requirements separately.
- State quantity and initial component-approval stages.
Keep approved changes connected to the same material, casting route and machined interfaces. This allows a repeat quotation to follow the defined automotive or industrial component through its agreed tooling and production scope.
