ADC12 or A356 aluminum components can be requested through compatible pressure-die or sand-casting routes with mold supply and CNC processing. OEM/ODM work includes CNC-lathe and milling-center interfaces. Select the complete alloy specification and required supplied condition for the actual component drawing.

Set alloy and heat-treatment conditions

T6 is a heat-treatment request to define for the chosen alloy and casting process. Specify the final material condition and supporting records needed for that selection. Industrial-machinery, automotive and electricity-related parts require their actual duty and acceptance criteria.

Separate cast and machined dimensions

Casting tolerance is referenced at CT5–CT7. Machining carries ±0.005 mm and an ISO2768-mk reference, with applicable documents, features and stages agreed independently. Mark datums and measurement conditions governing the final interfaces and their relationship to adjoining components.

Choose surfaces and quality-planning scope

Powder coating, painting and anodizing require a compatible substrate, defined coverage and contact conditions. Quality-planning references are PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, control plan and MSA. Agree the documents and activities relevant to the selected component rather than treating them as universal product approval.

  • Request applicable ISO9001 documents and activity scope.
  • State the mold or aluminum part’s quantity and current revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval records.
  • Retain accepted alloy, treatment and CNC decisions with the component.

Use the approved supply definition when confirming further parts for the same working assembly.
