Outdoor industrial-lamp housings can be requested as aluminum sand castings with CNC machining and powder coating. OEM/ODM supply follows the actual housing drawing and selected material condition. Define the lamp assembly, intended outdoor duty and required supplied state for the component.

Choose the complete aluminum specification

Alloy references are ZL101, ZL101A, ZL102, ZA356, A356-T6, AlSi7Mg and AlSi1. Select the governing specification and condition for the chosen design without assuming equivalence. Separate automotive or motorcycle component enquiries should carry their own material and application requirements.

Control lamp-housing interfaces

Show mounting and mating geometry with the adjoining lamp components. Mark the faces and dimensions requiring CNC work and define their locating references. State measurement conditions and the outdoor-service acceptance needed for the selected housing, including any project-specific enclosure or electrical requirements.

Specify surface coverage and final checks

Sandblasting, shot blasting and polishing are additional finish requests to assign where required. Define treated areas, appearance and masked contacts for the selected surface work. The stated 100% inspection needs the actual characteristics, methods and acceptance records agreed for the housing.

  • Submit the lamp housing in 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP form.
  • State its quantity and controlling assembly revision.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval records.
  • Retain accepted alloy and interface changes with the housing definition.

Keep repeat requests tied to the selected lamp design and supplied condition.
