Custom automotive iron sand castings are available with OEM/ODM precision mold-making enquiries. Aluminum-alloy, stainless-steel and titanium-alloy components require separately selected grades and compatible routes. Define whether the actual order supplies a mold, a component or an agreed package of both.
- CNC machining, five-axis milling and CNC-lathe processing are named services.
- A 10–600 size enquiry needs its unit and dimensional role established against the drawing.
- Prototype through mass-production supply is offered.
- State the mold or component quantity and controlling revision.
Describe the selected component and route
Choose suitable sand- or die-casting work around the actual material and geometry. Automotive, electronics, home-hardware and mechanical requests each need their own working duty and acceptance. Show mating interfaces and references controlling the final part’s installation. For a mold package, relate the tooling’s accepted geometry to the required component result.
Specify CNC and surface requirements
Identify dimensions requiring the selected machining operations and their measurement conditions. Sandblasting and acid washing require defined coverage and final surface results. Mark functional contacts where treatment or masking affects the component’s required fit.
Agree full-process inspection
Define checks, process stages and material, dimensional or surface records for the stated strict full-process inspection. Explain what the prototype or initial component must demonstrate before the production definition is approved. Keep accepted tooling and material decisions attached to the chosen item and its required supplied condition.
