CapacityCustomized
Z14-series jolt-squeeze equipment is offered for clay-sand foundry processing using green-sand casting technology. ODM and customized capacity allow an enquiry to start from the intended moulding task. Specify the cast metal, mould geometry and required output for the equipment proposal.
Describe the moulding work to be supplied
Explain the sequence in which moulds will be formed and handled within the plant. Identify tooling interfaces, the available operating space and connections to adjacent processes. Agree the capacity requirement for the chosen machine rather than treating the series designation as a complete equipment definition.
Establish the electrical and mechanical configuration
The supply reference is 380 V, 60 Hz, with a listed power reference of 20 W. Obtain the confirmed electrical rating and connection requirements for the ordered configuration before installation. A gearbox is listed as a core component; identify its role and the interfaces needed by the surrounding equipment.
Review testing before accepting the machine
Testing before delivery, an outgoing-inspection video and a machinery test report are provided. Define the operations, configuration and acceptance criteria those checks should address. Include the evidence needed to demonstrate the agreed moulding task in the equipment approval package.
Agree support over the equipment’s service life
A one-year warranty is listed, followed by video technical support and lifetime spare-parts service. Establish the applicable coverage, parts identification and support arrangements for the chosen Z14-series equipment. Keep the accepted configuration and operating requirements available for future service enquiries.
