A360, A380 and ADC12 aluminum components can be requested through a selected die, gravity or sand casting route. Custom dimensions and shape follow the client drawing. Establish the alloy and incoming form around the component’s working role before selecting the operations needed to complete it.
Assign each metal to its own work package
Separate material requests cover stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium and iron. Other metalworking options include CNC lathe work, stamping, hobbing and forging. Specify the actual grade and required result for each operation rather than applying the entire service menu to one casting.
Locate the micrometre requirement
For a ±1 µm requirement, identify the controlled dimension, processing stage and measurement conditions. Explain the mating relationship that makes this limit necessary. Distinguish that feature from the remainder of the cast geometry and define its final supplied condition on the drawing.
Build the surface and color request
Heat treatment, polishing, plating, machining and anodizing can be specified where appropriate to the material. Allocate the required work to particular areas, including any interfaces whose dimensions are assessed after treatment. Define cosmetic criteria separately from assembly-fit acceptance.
- Color requests may specify black, silver, gold, blue, red, white or yellow.
- Sample orders are accepted, with a one-piece minimum.
- Identify the approval records needed for the selected material and finished geometry.
Explain the intended operating context
Applications include robotics, aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery. Describe the actual component duty and any project qualification requirements, together with the drawing revision and quantity. Evaluate the chosen configuration against those requirements before confirming its production scope.
