New custom-size aluminum-alloy moulding boxes are offered for sand-casting enquiries, with associated equipment requirements defined separately. Specify the box geometry and supplied package before agreeing configuration. Identify the foundry task and interfaces connecting the box to the actual moulding arrangement.
Define the passive box and any powered equipment
Show mating, locating and handling geometry with the datums controlling fit. Where powered machinery is included, identify its actual role and supply boundary. Electrical references are 380 V, 220 V or 440 V, assigned to the equipment concerned rather than the box alone.
Set dimensions and installation requirements
Power and installation dimensions need the selected configuration specification. Provide the required box drawing and equipment layout with operating access and connection requirements. Define the material, dimensional and functional acceptance needed for the actual supplied structure.
Agree warranty and machinery-service scope
A 12-month warranty and engineers available for overseas machinery service are referenced. Define the covered box or equipment, start date, terms and service arrangements. Request applicable ISO9001 documentation and scope with the actual equipment acceptance brief.
- Provide quantity and the controlling design revision.
- Identify the complete material and required supplied state.
- Explain what an initial box or package must demonstrate.
- Retain accepted geometry and configuration changes with the drawing.
Keep inspection and installation approval connected to the actual moulding box and separately selected machinery scope.
