Choose the starting point for customization
Support includes minor changes, drawing-based work, sample-based work or full customization. Identify which approach the project needs and the information that governs the new component. A sample request should explain which dimensions and functions must be retained, while a drawing request should identify its controlled revision.
Define the manufacturing request for the housing
Sand, gravity and die casting are named routes to select for the actual metal and casing geometry. Mark the wall sections, connections and mating dimensions that influence production and acceptance. Keeping the chosen process with the material and supplied condition makes the quotation specific to the motor-casing design.
