Custom iron sand-casting enquiries include GGG50, GG25, GGG40 or FCD500 selections with CNC machining. Identify whether the drawing concerns an automotive-engine component or a separate jack body. The selected grade and supplied condition should match that actual design and its functional requirements.
Keep jack-body casting references within their scope
The jack-body casting-tolerance reference is CT9–CT11. Machining is separately referenced up to IT7, with Ra0.8–3.2 according to customer requirements. Identify the applicable dimensions, roughness unit and measurement stage for the selected component, including the distinct requirements of any engine-part enquiry.
Assign CNC work to the required geometry
Named operations include CNC machining, drilling, milling, boring and tapping. Mark the mounting, fitted and contact interfaces that need finished dimensions. Show datum relationships and any cast-to-finished boundaries needed to explain the component’s final acceptance.
Define coating and supplied appearance
Dacromat coating and finish painting can be requested. Specify the treatment, coverage and masking appropriate to the selected iron and design. Identify functional surfaces needing a particular contact condition and the visual criteria used to approve exposed faces.
Prepare the order and packing instructions
Work follows customer drawings or samples. Provide quantity, controlled revision and the material, dimensional and surface records needed for approval. Packing uses a multilayer wooden box with a large inner plastic bag; describe protection required for the finished geometry. Keep production acceptance tied to the selected component rather than a combined engine-and-jack description.
