Custom industrial and agricultural machinery enquiries include grey-iron or ductile-iron sand castings, with separate aluminum-alloy and cast-steel components. Work can follow samples, drawings or an ODM brief. Select the complete grade and actual casting, forging or customized processing scope for the item.
Assign process references to their delivered stages
The named tolerances concern separate routes or operations. Identify the applicable document, controlled dimensions and supplied condition for each selected requirement.
For the machinery casting, assign the CT12 reference to the cast-state dimensions requiring acceptance. A separately selected forged component carries the CT9 reference, while a stamping request uses CT5 for its agreed geometry. Apply the machining reference of ±0.01 mm to the designated finished interfaces and their measurement stage.
Define the machinery interfaces
Show the mounting, mating and contact geometry that establishes the component’s function. CNC work is named in the processing scope; identify the finished dimensions and measurement datums required for the selected part. The drawing should distinguish acceptance of the cast form from any later operation.
Set color and packing boundaries
Color is customized and quality inspection is named. Define the final surface and records needed for approval. Wooden-case, carton, bulk, individual and customized packing are offered; select the arrangement and protection needed at the finished interfaces.
Connect documents and after-sales support
Identify any applicable ISO document and scope for the selected design. Quality-inspection and after-sales arrangements should be agreed for the actual order. Provide quantity and the required supplied condition alongside the controlled drawing, keeping any sample acceptance tied to the same material and component requirements used for production.
