Industrial-equipment and valve-component enquiries cover aluminum, zinc and steel-alloy parts, with separate titanium-part and POM-service requests. Dimensions follow the drawing and surface treatment is customized for the actual component and selected material.
- Identify the valve or industrial-equipment component required.
- Select the complete metal or polymer grade.
- Provide the drawing and controlled mating dimensions.
- Define the manufacturing route and delivered condition.
- State quantity and application-acceptance requirements.
Choose the material and process for the component
Sand casting and die casting are named route enquiries for appropriate selected metals. Identify the material grade and geometry before agreeing the manufacturing proposal. A titanium-part request should establish its own material and process scope, while POM work needs a separately defined polymer-processing brief.
Show how the part connects to the equipment
Mark mounting, locating and connection interfaces on the drawing. Explain the operating role of the component and the dimensional relationships needed by the assembly. For a valve-related part, include the medium and any pressure or service requirements established by the actual design.
Agree the surface and approval requirements
Specify the required treatment, its coverage and the condition of functional surfaces after finishing. Identify the material and dimensional checks needed to accept the component. Request applicable current supplier documentation for the ISO9001:2008 qualification reference, keeping the selected material, drawing and acceptance brief together so the quotation addresses the actual industrial or valve-part requirement.
