Vertical grinding mill roller-sleeve spare parts are offered through custom precision sand casting. Sizes follow customer requirements, with OEM and ODM service available. Powder coating is the listed finish, in red or customized colors for the agreed areas of the sleeve.
Identify the mill and replacement geometry
Supply the sleeve drawing and explain how it locates within the actual grinding mill. Show the mating features and dimensional relationships that determine replacement fit. Distinguish the intended geometry from wear on an existing sleeve, and describe the operating duty relevant to the selected material and component design.
Select the material and finished condition
Specify the complete material grade and its governing requirements. Standard references include GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS; identify the document applicable to the order rather than treating the references as equivalent specifications. Mark any features requiring additional machining and define the permitted limits for those interfaces.
Separate finish and functional acceptance
Identify the surfaces to receive powder coating and the required color. Keep functional or working areas tied to their own dimensional and surface requirements. Quality control is stated as 100% inspection; agree which checks and records will establish acceptance of the ordered roller sleeve.
Crate packing is listed for the completed cast parts. Provide the quantity, drawing revision and initial approval requirements for the mill spare-part enquiry. If the geometry, material or coating scope changes, identify its effect on replacement fit and inspection before confirmation. Keep later orders traceable to the same sleeve specification and actual grinding-mill configuration.
