The DL-ZX3040 automatic green-sand moulding machine supports foundry-line enquiries for iron, brass and copper casting projects. Electric, pneumatic and hydraulic drives are listed. Select the mould format and complete operating arrangement around the castings and plant layout being planned.

Choose mould and template geometry

Mould-size options are 300 × 400, 350 × 400 and 350 × 450 mm. The thickness reference is (80–150) × 2 mm, with a 20–25 mm template. Identify the selected combination and its tooling interfaces before establishing the line configuration.

• The mould-production reference is 36 seconds per mould.

• Normal air consumption is 0.3 cubic metre per mould.
