Agricultural ring wheels can be requested through iron sand casting and CNC machining with GG25 gray iron or GGG40, GGG45 and GGG50 ductile-iron choices. Select the complete specification and condition for the actual wheel. Its drawing should establish the working geometry and supplied state.
Select the wheel dimensions and duty
Outside diameters are 500 mm, 700 mm or customized to the selected design. Show the mounting and mating relationships within the agricultural machinery. State the operating conditions and final contact requirements relevant to the chosen wheel and material.
Allocate casting and CNC acceptance
CT8 is the casting-class reference. Specify the unit, controlled dimension and processing stage for any ±0.02 tolerance requirement on the ring wheel. Define the permitted limits and measurement conditions for the actual interfaces evaluated together after the selected CNC work.
Agree finish and document requirements
Power coating, EP, H.D.G and EG are finish requests to define as actual processes on a compatible substrate. Identify treated areas, appearance and any masked contacts. Request applicable ISO/TS16949 documentation with the relevant holder and activity scope.
- State the agricultural ring-wheel quantity and controlling assembly revision.
- Identify material, dimensional and surface approval evidence.
- Explain what an initial wheel must demonstrate at its installed interfaces.
- Retain accepted grade, dimension and finish decisions within the component record.
Use the approved duty and supplied-state definition when confirming subsequent ring wheels.
