Heavy-duty cast steel pump housings and curved manifolds are offered for industrial water and mining-slurry machinery enquiries. Sand casting is an enquiry direction, while investment casting followed by machining is also offered. SS304 and SS316 material requests need a selected governing cast-grade specification for the actual component.
Describe the housing's working conditions
Identify the pump arrangement, fluid media, pressure duty and slurry conditions relevant to the part. Show connections, mounting features and internal geometry on the controlled drawing. State the requirements that govern wear-related acceptance for the selected housing or manifold instead of relying on a general heavy-duty description.
Separate casting and finished-interface limits
The casting tolerance reference is CT4–CT9. Define dimensional limits separately for machined features and identify the datums used to assess their relationships. Finishes include polishing, plating, powder coating or a requested treatment. Mark the surfaces to which each finish applies and the final condition required for assembly.
Agree sample and production inspection
Strict 100% inspection is stated for samples. Define that sample acceptance plan and agree production inspection coverage separately. The normal minimum is one piece, and packing uses multilayer wooden boxes or pallets with a large plastic bag inside.
Provide the selected material specification, quantity and drawing revision. Identify initial approval records and any application-specific tests required for the actual water or slurry duty. Keep approved changes connected to the component geometry and supplied condition so later enquiries refer to the same pump housing or curved manifold.
