Multi-port aluminum water-distributor manifolds can be requested for industrial-plumbing equipment through OEM sand-casting enquiries. Separately selected permanent- or pressure-die-casting routes require the actual alloy and design agreed. Define the manifold’s port layout, working duty and required supplied state.

Choose the complete alloy and condition

Material references are ZL101, A356, A360 and AC2C, or a specified alternative. Establish the complete governing specification without assuming equivalence. Select the applicable T5 or T6 condition around the actual alloy and casting process, with material records needed for acceptance.

Define the multi-port interfaces

Show port positions and the mating relationships within the chosen plumbing assembly. Mark locating references and functional dimensional limits on the drawing. Specify the actual service duty and any required pressure or leakage acceptance for the selected manifold design.

Select surface and component protection

Sandblasting, painting and polishing are named finish requests. Identify treated areas, appearance and final contact conditions on the chosen substrate. Packing uses a large inner plastic bag and multilayer wooden box, with protection defined for the finished manifold interfaces.

  • Provide PDF, STP, STEP or STL drawing files.
  • State the manifold quantity and controlling assembly revision.
  • Request the complete applicable ISO document and relevant scope.
  • Identify material, dimensional and surface approval records.

Retain accepted alloy, port and treatment decisions within the manifold definition used for subsequent supply to the same industrial-plumbing duty.
