OEM aluminum or steel machinery-component enquiries include selected sand- or die-casting routes for automotive, pump and valve parts. Specify the complete metal grade and compatible manufacturing method for each actual drawing. The required supplied condition should define the component being quoted.
Identify the part within its intended assembly
Show mounting, locating and working interfaces with adjoining components. For pump or valve work, define the actual component role and relevant operating conditions. An automotive request needs its own assembly geometry and acceptance brief, tied to the selected material.
Define casting and finished-interface requirements
