OEM outdoor lamp-post and bollard components can be requested in cast aluminum through gravity die casting or sand casting. Select the actual supplied item and compatible route for its geometry. Customer-defined dimensions should follow a controlled drawing that identifies the required installation and final condition.

Define the component within the outdoor assembly

Specify the complete aluminum-alloy requirement and explain the part’s role in the selected lamp post or bollard. Show how it connects to adjacent sections or supporting equipment. Identify the actual installation environment and project requirements relevant to the chosen material and design.

Control mounting and connection geometry

Mark fixing positions, locating faces and mating contacts on the current drawing. Define the dimensional relationships governing installation, including the measurement references used to assess them. State any loading or assembly requirements that the selected component must satisfy, with acceptance tied to its actual geometry and supplied state.

Specify the shot-blasted result

Shot blasting is the offered surface treatment. Identify its coverage and the required appearance or contact condition on the aluminum substrate. Distinguish visible areas from interfaces whose final dimensions affect fit, including any protection or additional work to agree for the ordered component.

Approve the selected casting definition

Provide quantity, drawing revision and the material, dimensional and surface records needed for acceptance. Explain what an initial item must demonstrate against the intended outdoor assembly. Keep approved alloy, route and geometry changes connected to the same lamp-post or bollard component so further manufacturing requests follow the accepted installation requirements and finished condition.
