OEM copper-casting accessories are offered for valves and valve spare parts, with CNC machining. Sand, shell-moulding, investment and die-casting enquiries should specify a compatible material and route for the actual component. Identify the complete copper grade and required supplied condition.

Define the valve connection and size requirement

The dimensional reference is 10–600 mm. Identify the dimension or envelope it applies to on the selected drawing. Show mating connections, passages and working faces, together with the actual medium and operating conditions needed to establish component acceptance.

Set CNC and surface boundaries

Mark the datums and dimensions governing fit with the surrounding valve parts. Electrostatic powder coating and shot blasting are listed treatments; define the substrate, coverage and required result. Identify masking and contact conditions where finishing affects the machined interfaces.

Name the documents governing the accessory

Specification families include ISO, DIN, ASTM, AISI, ASME, AWWA, JWWA, EN, BS, JIS, NF, CAS and GB. State the actual document and edition applicable to the order. Request relevant DNV, PED and ISO9001:2008 documentation with its component or activity scope.

Approve the supplied valve part

Include quantity, revision and the required material, dimensional and surface records. Assign inspection acceptance to the connections and working geometry relevant to the chosen part. Keep the selected grade, manufacturing route and delivered state attached to the approval brief for the valve accessory.
