Custom iron sand-casting enquiries for pump housings, valve bodies and hydraulic-equipment components include CNC precision machining and pressure testing. Grade requests name GGG40, GGG50 and GGG70 ductile iron, with HT150, HT200 and HT250 grey iron and QT400–QT700 enquiries specified separately.

Choose the grade for the housing duty

State the complete designation and governing standard for the actual component. Include the service medium, operating duty and supplied condition required by the design. Prototype samples, small batches and mass production are offered, so identify the approval and quantity requirements for the intended supply stage.

Locate the machined and sealing interfaces

Tolerances follow the customer drawing. Mark the datums relating mounting faces, connections and sealing areas, and identify the dimensions checked after machining. Accepted files include 2D PDF/DXF drawings and 3D CAD STEP/IGES data.

  • Provide the controlled revision and ordered quantity.
  • Show internal geometry and mating interfaces.
  • Define the final dimensions and surface condition.
  • Identify sample approval and inspection-record deliverables.

Specify pressure and examination acceptance

Define the pressure-test conditions and acceptance for the selected housing. UT, MT, PT, dimensional inspection and material testing are available; select the methods, coverage and records required for the actual grade and geometry.

Set the surface treatment boundaries

Shot blasting, anti-rust coating, painting and custom treatments are named options. Mark masking areas and the condition needed at functional interfaces, and connect the final surface approval to the same drawing and supplied condition used for the order.
